Ogilvychww
For this project I worked together with a Frontend Developer. I was the Team Lead and I was present in the important meetings with the client.
The documentation was provided as Jira task, with a big granularity. Because of this it was really hard to get the overall idea of the project, so that I could divide it into Drupal features.
For this project I used Drupal 7 core.
I was the one that created the Drupal instance, and also the one that moved the site between different server environments. The whole functionality was created by me, also the custom theme. I had to integrate the provided css into the Drupal theme. The project has integration with twitter and other social media.
Because of the design, I had to use a lot of jQuery and also i had to create cutom modules.
Because of the large amount of data on every page, I had to add an extra loading div, for all pages, so that you won't see the page broken.
What is interesting about this project, is the fact that you can choose as background for each page either a video, or an image, or a solid color. The color for header and footer can also be changed from node edit page. Also the header logo can be changed from the edit page.
Most of the blocks, that show an image box with title and tag, will either open a popup that will show multiple images full width of the monitor, either will open a document, if one is attached to the node.
I had to create custom panel layouts, I had to give the administrator the possibility to change the order of countries or nodes in listings. Pagination had to had the option of "load more". Display of listings had to differ based on some breakpoints.
Because of the background functionality, and also because of the menu that is fixed, the images bellow won't look that good. They were created using "Full Page Screen Capture" addon.
